Richard Pilger
Executive Pastor/Chief of Staff
Pastor Richard Pilger joined the VFC staff in 2004 and has served in a variety of pastoral and leadership roles. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Executive Pastor.
Richard attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he majored in Business Administration and received his ministry training at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is ordained through Rhema Ministerial Association International.
Prior to ministry, Richard worked as a corporate trainer for a national restaurant chain. In 1994, Richard began serving on staff at Rhema Bible Church, where he served as assistant children’s minister, assistant to the pastoral staff & as an instructor at Rhema Bible Training Center for 10 years. He & his wife Tori have two children.
