Water Baptisms

Water baptism is a public profession of your heart-felt faith in Jesus Christ. We call it "going public" and we offer regular baptisms during our weekend services.We love hearing about the life-change that happens in people's lives when they come to know Jesus!

People often have questions regarding baptism: Why should I be baptized? I've already been baptized. Do I have to do it again? Does it matter if someone is sprinkled or dunked? Our pastoral staff will be glad to answer your questions and help you get baptized!

We will water baptize one or two people during our weekend services. This baptism includes showing your short video testimony prior to you being baptized. We feel that having a video testimony is a vital element to your baptism experience. It's a powerful tool to exalt Jesus, honor His Word, encourage VFC'ers who have been a part of your spiritual journey and inspire others as you make your public declaration of faith.

Note: We water baptize adults and children 10 years old and above. For children below 10 years, we offer Child Dedication services several times a year where parents dedicate themselves and their children to the Lord. Once a child is 10 years old or above and mature enough to understand their decision to receive Jesus, we offer water baptism.
